Introduction

Explains the process of adding and editing Sonar connections in PSknowHOW application. Enhance project analysis and reporting through seamless Sonar integration.

Add Connection

To add a new Sonar connection

  • From the drop-down menu, select "Sonar," and then click on the "New Connection" button.

  • A pop-up window will open. Choose the connection type as "Sonar."

  • Fill in all the required fields to save connection otherwise, a validation message will be shown below the mandatory field textbox.

  • Save the connection by clicking on the "Save" button.

 

  • Is Connection Private:

To make the connection private, tick the checkbox labeled "Private" This ensures that the connection is only accessible and visible to authorized users,

This field provides a name for connection detail.

Base Url *

Sonar Url

Sonar URL

Username *

 

Sonar username to access Sonar data

 

Password *

 

Sonar password to access Sonar data.

Access Token

 

For Cloud based environment

Saved new Sonar connection will be shown under the connection tab on the connections screen:


Edit Connection

To edit Sonar connection

  • Go to the existing Sonar connection shown in the above image.

  • Select the connection and click on the edit icon.

  • Update the details in the pop-up window.

  • Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
