KnowHOW supports both Scrum and Kanban ways of working. 99% of the projects on KnowHOW use iterative & incremental development methodology therefore Scrum KPIs are far more in number as compared to Kanban'

The tool enables seamless monitoring, review and governance of teams in terms of Iterations, Releases and the Backlog. Each of the KPIs denote a trend in terms of either Speed, Quality or Value.

To ensure KnowHOW empowers People managers, Developer Dashboard focuses on the repo & coding activities. In future, aim is to allow a review of each developer through the metrices which are available at a Repo level
