Jira Tool Configuration

The KnowHOW application offers robust support for a wide range of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) driven by data processed from Jira. This feature greatly aids end-users in analyzing and gaining insights into different performance indicators utilized within their respective project.

Effectively configuring Jira tool in KnowHOW involves three steps-

1. Setup Jira Query Language (JQL) or Jira Board.

2. Run Jira Processor

3. Checking Data and Managing field mapping configurations.
