Happiness Index KPI

It used to track moral of team members

 

  • The KPI will show Happiness Index on Y-axis ( 0 to 5) and Sprint on X-axis.

  • 0 represent no data

  • Happiness Index is the Total Rating given by specific members divided by the Number of users who have given ratings.

  • The data will be agregated at sprint level as average score

  • Data will be aggregated on higher level of hierarchy as average.

Display aggregated rating for particular sprints

  1. Select a moral for team member against the name from icons present in setting> upload data>capacity

  2. The icon will appear only for the project who opted to enable "People info" in project config
