Iteration dashboard Enhancement

• By clicking the Refresh CTA button, users can now view real-time data for the active sprint, which shows the last sync data.

 Defect Fixes : 

• Release Progress KPI : Defect fixed for the "Release progress filter" functionality. Now, whenever a user changes the release from the dropdown, the filter will automatically reset to its default state.
