Dashboard Config.

Dashboard Config. tab under settings only visible to superadmin user to allow enable or disable the kpis of all configured dashboard categories on instance level. Below listed are steps for applying these settings to your Dashboard.

Step 1

Log in to KnowHOW → Click on the Brand logo and then go to Settings.

Step 2

On the screen below click on 'Dashboard Config'. There you can see the Scrum/Kanban/Others tab and select the ON / OFF switch per KPI. In the 'Others' section you can toggle the visibility for the menu entry 'KPI Maturity' and Backlog tab kpis.

Good to know

  • If you disable a KPI or menu entry, you can re-enable it at any point in time. No data is deleted.

  • The calculation of the KPI Maturity will continue to happen in the background and is not affected if disabled.

  • You can select/deselect any number KPI's.

  • The SHOW/HIDE button should show the kpis which are enabled by superadmin user on each dashboard, if superadmin disable some kpi on any category those kpis will not be visible on SHOW/HIDE of that dashboard for all users.

SHOW/HIDE

SHOW/HIDE button on each dashboard allow user to design their own customized dashboard by disable/enable kpis. The changes made on these dashboards are user specific. Below listed are steps for applying these settings to your Dashboard.

Step 1

Log in to KnowHOW → Navigate to dashboard and click on SHOW/HIDE

Step 2

Switch ON/OFF the kpis and click on save, user can see only enabled kpis on dashboard

Good to know

  • The changed configuration should be available to the user for the subsequent logins.

  • For the first time logged in user, all KPI Graphs are shown.

  • If user switch ON/OFF the kpis on any category dashboard from SHOW/HIDE button after saving, those changes will be shown only for that particular user.
