Project / User Deletion

How to delete the project or users with their permissions.

Delete Project -

Only a project or server admin can delete the project, to delete any existing project go to project listing via settings.

Open

Clicking the delete button will delete folllowings -

• Project data for all tools collected via connections.

• Delete all permission for the projects

• Delete all uploaded test case exection data

• Delete all individual happiness index and capacity data.

It will not delete following -

• Any connection created for the project. connections need to be deleted via connection listings.

• Any user in the sustem, users need to be delete via profile managment.

Delete Connection -

Only a server admin or connection owner can delete the connection.

Open

For shared connection, delete the connection only if no project using the connection.
(Delete connection will show the list of project using the connection, if the connection is being used by more than one project while confirming the delete operation)

Delete User -

Only a server admin can delete the user, the project admin can delete the permissions for the user but not the user.
