Add Connection

To add a new Jenkins connection

  • From the drop-down, select Jenkins and then click on the "New Connection" button.

  • A pop-up window will open then select connection type Jenkins.

  • Fill in all the required fields to save connection otherwise, a validation message will be shown below the mandatory field textbox.

  • Save the connection.

Jenkins Connection Fields Description:

Label displayed on Config screen ( * for mandatory)

Field Description

Connection Name

This field provides a name for connection detail.

Base Url *

Jenkins Url

Jenkins URL

Username *

Jenkins username to access Jenkins data

Api key *

Jenkins API key. This key can be obtained from Jenkins.

Saved new Jenkins connection will be shown under connection tab on the connections screen:

Edit Connection

To edit Jenkins connection

  • Go to the existing Jenkins connection shown in the above image.

  • Select the connection and click on the edit icon.

  • Change the details on the pop-up window.

  • Click on the "Save" button.
