KPI Additions/Enhancements

QUALITY

Tech Debt Sonar Maintainability - "Sonar Tech Debt" has been renamed to "Tech Debt - Sonar Maintainability" for better understanding.

ITERATION

Risk & Dependencies - Introduced a “Risks & Dependencies” KPI on the Iteration Dashboard. This new feature enables User to effectively monitor all risks and dependencies associated with your sprint.

DEVELOPER

Rework Rate - Introduced a new KPI, "Rework Rate", which measures the percentage of code changes where an engineer rewrites code they updated within the past three weeks.

RELEASE

  1. Defect Count by Testing Phase - Statuses that are not defined in the ‘DOD Status' field are now considered as Open.
    This logic has been applied to “Defects by RCA”, “Defects by Priority”, ”Defect count by status” and “Defect count by Assignee”, providing you the flexibility of defining your open defects.

  3. Epic Progress - Enhanced the “Epic Progress” overlay. It now displays the completion status of each Epic, including the value/percentage of 'To Do', 'In Progress', and 'Done' tasks, presented in separate columns.

  4. Defect count by RCA - Enhanced “Defect Count by RCA”.Users can view defects based on Testing Phases in a stacked bar chart. Each bar represents a Testing Phase (a field that you could configure in the KPI settings).

  5. Release Burnup - “Count of days from the release start date to calculate closure rate for prediction” mapping is now release specific
